If the door has only partly slipped and still closes, you can sometimes walk it back onto the track by hand with the opener disconnected - but if a cable has jumped the drum or a spring is under tension, that's not a DIY job, full stop. Spring Hill's newer housing stock mostly runs extension springs rather than torsion, and extension springs under load can whip hard enough to cause real injury if you don't know how to release the tension first. If the track itself is bent, even slightly, pushing the door back onto it usually just bends it worse. The honest line: if the door still rolls, you might get it back on track yourself with a rubber mallet and patience. If it's seized, grinding, or a spring looks stretched past its coils, that's a call, not a project.
