We don't install gates, fences, or security systems, and we don't do general handyman work - if it's not the garage door or the opener attached to it, it's outside what we quote.
We also don't stock every part for every era of door. A house from the 1980s or 90s, which covers a large share of Shawnee's housing, usually uses hardware that's still common enough to have on the truck or order same-week. A door old enough to predate that run - closer to the 1950s end of the 1950-2004 range - sometimes needs a part that isn't a same-day item, and we'll tell you that up front rather than stall you with a vague timeline.
And there's a point where fixing a door costs more than it's worth. A torsion spring job on an otherwise sound door is worth doing. Patching rot into a door that's failing at the seams every six months usually isn't, and we'll say so instead of running the meter on repeat visits. If a straight answer like that isn't what you're looking for, we're probably not the right call.
